Six Coast Restaurants Offering Free Wine on Global Drink Wine Day

A free glass of wine? Don’t mind if we do. Global Drink Wine Day is on Thursday 18 February and to celebrate we’ve gathered a list of six Central Coast restaurants that offer a free complimentary glass of wine when you eat in. All you have to do is flash your Coasties Card. 

The Bon Pavilion

The Bon Pavilion is the go-to spot for foodies, and it’s no secret The Bon serves some of the most sophisticated food curated by renowned chef Sean Connelly, as well as some of the most superior sips available on the Coast. When you dine in for a 2-course meal for lunch between Wednesday and Sunday you’ll receive a complimentary glass of sparkling, white or red wine to go alongside. Winner! 

The Joker & Thief 

There’s no doubt that you’ll be in for a good time when you step into The Joker & Thief at Terrigal. You’ll find superior eats and drinks, and with a million-dollar view of Terrigal, you’ll feel like you’ve escaped into another world. When you purchase a main meal, you’ll be rewarded with a glass of complimentary wine on the side any night of the week.

Mumbo Jumbo’s

You don’t need to be able to travel to Jamaica to treat your tastebuds to a Caribbean feast. Mumbo Jumbo’s in Terrigal is hidden away on a rooftop that overlooks the beach and provides the ultimate Jamaican-style eats and delicious rum-based cocktails to accompany. You’ll receive a complimentary glass when you order a main between Tuesday – Thursday. 

The Sunken Monkey Hotel

Right off the main road in Erina, The Sunken Monkey Hotel is your one-stop-shop for all things food, wine, and everything in between. And with a variety of spaces to get your drink on, you’ll be spoilt for choice. When you flash your Coasties Card, you’ll receive a free wine with any main meal, any day of the week. 

Yellowtail

If you’re into a truly unique dining experience, look no further than Yellowtail. You’ll be stepping into a warm atmosphere with fine wine and astounding dishes. Speaking of wine, when you dine in for a 3-course meal on the Local Heros night on Wednesdays or Thursdays, you’ll receive a glass of rose. 

Safran Restaurant

Safran Restaurant in Ettalong is unmatched in its quality food and European vibes. It also has the ultimate selection of the finest drops around, so you know you’re in for a treat. The staff will handpick a wine that beautifully pairs with your meal when you dine in on Wednesday or Thursday and show off your Coasties Card.
