Is the Soul Journey Expo worth the drive from the Central Coast?
Yes, absolutely. From the Central Coast, the Newcastle Entertainment Centre is an hour or so up the M1 motorway, or an easy 4-minute stroll from Broadmeadow station. It’s easy to find, there’s good parking nearby, and it’s close enough to Newcastle’s foodie hubs that you can really make a day of it. Grab lunch along the waterfront, do a coffee run in Hamilton and come back for round two in the arvo.
Go as a pair or a small group. Take the friends who are always suggesting things like this. Trust us, you’ll want someone to debrief with on the way home.
If you’re thinking about going both days, the two-day pass is worth it. The second day of anything always tends to be a bit slower crowd-wise, which means more time with the readers and practitioners if that’s what you’re after.
