Anzac day is a time to honour and acknowledge the service of all those who have aided in the defence of our nation, and this year on Friday, April 25th, its spirit can be shared at many significant locations on the Central Coast. Here is a list of beautiful Anzac Day services you can attend.
Anzac Day Events on the Central Coast

Gosford RSL Club
Gosford services are once again being held in Gosford Memorial Park this year, beside its beautiful cenotaph. Â Participants are asked to assemble near Gosford Police station for a 5:45am start to the march, before commencing the Dawn Service in the park at 6:00am. Breakfast will follow at Gosford RSL for a gold coin donation.
Later on, the Main Service begins with an assembly outside Gosford Library on Donnison street at 10:00am, with a March along Mann Street to the Service at Cenotaph starting at 11:00am.
Terrigal Beach
The Terrigal march begins at 5:15am in front of the Terrigal police station in Church Street, and will lead participants to the dawn service held beside the Terrigal Foreshore War Memorial. This service will commence at 5:30am. Afterwards, a gunfire breakfast will be served at the surf club.
Later in the day, at the Breakers Country Club War Memorial in Wamberal, a main service will be held at 11:00am
Davistown RSL Club
The Davo’s dawn service will be held from 5:55am at the Memorial Wall, with breakfast available on completion of the service. Stick around the rest of the day for live entertainment in the main lounge from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.

Other Anzac Day Locations
Ourimbah RSL Club
The dawn service at Ourimbah Lisarow RSL will be held from 5:30am, with Veterans receiving BBQ bacon & egg rolls free of charge after the service. Later in the day, the march will start from Yates Road at 1.15pm, travelling south along the Pacific Highway, to the main service at 2:00pm on the bowling greens.
The Entrance RSL Club
Kicking things off early, audio & visual is starting at 5:00am, with the dawn service at 5:30am, followed by a gunfire breakfast at Diggers, Long Jetty. Limited tickets for the breakfast available through RSL committee members, which will be handed out in the morning prior to the Dawn service.
For the late starters (or those sticking around), the march begins at 11:30am in Short Street to Memorial Park in The Entrance, where the main service will commence around midday.
Toukley RSL Club
Head to the Toukley RSL Cenotaph for the 5:20am dawn service, where attendees can get a free bacon & egg roll at 6:00am. Later on, the main march will commence at 9:45am from Canton Beach Road to the club Cenotaph for the main service at 10:30. Stick around for two-up & live entertainment from midday.

Their annual Anzac Day Raceday event is on from 11am until 5pm. First race at 12:30pm, with 8 races running throughout the day.
Kids under 17 years get free entry and they have plenty of free activities to keep them entertained; pony rides, face painting, jumping castle and lawn games. There’s also free entry for veterans & ex service personnel at the gate.
Anzac Day activities include two-up in the beer garden, an Anzac Day reenactment group and the last post.
There is also a free shuttle running a continuous loop from Gosford Bus Station to the Grounds.
