2. Blue Lemon, Terrigal

Undoubtedly one of the most well-known and well-loved sushi joints on the Central Coast.  Blue Lemon is just a stone’s throw from Terrigal Esplanade. Being a favourite for both locals and tourists, an endless range of sushi is on offer, like fresh prawn nigiri or special rolls; spicy tuna crunch and salmon, avocado, and cream cheese topped with onion shavings and fish roe.
