Get excited, as two of the Coast’s most-loved New Year’s Eve celebrations return to ring in 2026, taking place at both The Entrance and Gosford. The free and family-friendly celebrations will guarantee a heap of safe fun for all. Plus, of course, the pièce de résistance, the fireworks finales that will say hello to 2026 in spectacular style!
New Year’s Eve 2025 on the Central Coast

With the atmosphere buzzing from the moment gates open, the vibes promise to be inclusive, the environment safe (and alcohol free), the waterfront views expansive, and the sense of community strong. So, roll in with the whole crew, the kids, the besties, the grandies or why not even the entire extended fam! Don’t forget to bring your chairs and picnic rugs as there’ll be plenty of space to spread out and enjoy what promises to be an unforgettable evening.
The perfect summer New Year’s Eve celebrations at both locations promise event goers a full spread of entertainment! Enjoy live music to soundtrack the night and food trucks dishing up all the crowd favourites (think all the usual festival suspects, heaps of sweet treats and everything in between). Not forgetting an array of pop-up activities too. There really will be something for everyone, both young and old, to enjoy.

New Year’s Eve Fireworks on the Central Coast
Now, let’s talk about the key selling point! We get it, no NYE celebration is complete without fireworks, and this year’s displays promise to wow. The Entrance will sparkle first with a stunning 9pm show that’s perfect for families who prefer an earlier finish. Whilst over in Gosford, the sky will erupt after the Central Coast Mariners game wraps up to round out a huge night at the stadium. Does it get any more Coastie?? We think not.
No matter which location tickles your fancy, we’ll say this: there will be no more epic way to welcome 2026 on the Central Coast. So pack your picnic, pick your vantage point and get ready for the kind of NYE that feels easy, fun and totally Coastie.
