Christmas in July is underway at iconic Central Coast Hotels.
Whilst the temperatures keep dropping, there’s one thing that’s looking up and that is winter at local Harris and Narvo Hotels; Hotel Gosford and The Lakes Hotel in The Entrance. They promise to keep you cosy and warm this winter on the Central Coast, with the whole month of July chock full of winter activities for Coasties to enjoy.
Both venues recently dropped brand new winter-inspired menus. Not only are the meals delicious, the selections include heart-warming dishes that pair perfectly with their refreshed red wine lists and brilliant brews. Oh, and did we mention, Hotel Gosford has also updated its cocktail list. There’s a whopping 21 different tipples to enjoy! Wowee.
But wait, before you drop the phone or shut the laptop to race out the door and try a cocktail or two, there’s more! Both Hotel Gosford and The Lakes Hotel are bringing the festive spirit to the Central Coast this winter with ongoing Christmas in July themed specials and events. We can hear all the Poms, Europeans and Americans of the Coast rejoicing. Think winter-warmers galore.

What’s on at Hotel Gosford?
There will be nightly Christmas-themed dessert specials, festive cocktails, and weekly Christmas ham raffles every Thursday.
Start brushing up your naughty Christmas flicks knowledge, gather your peeps, wear your ugliest Chrissy jumper and join Hotel Gosford’s first midweek social event of Christmas in July: Bad Santa Trivia on Wednesday, July 3 from 7pm.
Best dressed and winners have a chance to win a Hotel Gosford gift card. Bookings are a must.
And, for the Coast’s partygoers who prefer to dance up a storm and keep the cold away, the Coast’s hottest party venue Gossy Good Times is putting on its annual GGT XMAS IN JULY party on Saturday, July 20.

What’s on this winter at The Lakes Hotel in The Entrance?
Further up north, and not to be outdone by its sister hotel, The Lakes is doing a nightly Christmas Roast – yummo! After all, who doesn’t love a Christmas dinner? In fact, if we’re really honest (and controversial) a roast with all the Christmas trimmings definitely makes more sense (and is quite possibly, more enjoyable) in cold weather versus during the heat of our Aussie summers!
They’ll also host weekly Christmas mega ham draws every Thursday and the bit we’re just a little bit excited about: Santa Sundays. Expect fun for the whole family with Santa visiting every Sunday around lunchtime bringing goodies for the kids.

The Lakes also has families covered this upcoming July school holidays. It has a line-up of incredibly, entertaining events up its sleeve including: Lakes Magic Show on Sunday July 14, Disney Villan Trivia on Thursday July 18 and Musical Bingo on Sunday July 21.
