Avoca Beachside Markets Twilight Market 2024 is coming
You’re invited to Avoca Beachside Markets Twilight Market for a magical Festive celebration. The beloved annual event focuses on creating a magical community event with a strong focus on supporting local, shopping small, sustainability and being more eco-conscious.
Taking place monthly on the fourth Sunday, Avoca’s Heazlett Park Foreshore is transformed into a vibrant hub of creativity, and culture, and is a wonderful display of community spirit by the team at Avoca Beachside Markets. In December of each year, though, the market becomes a balmy summer evening festival that offers Central Coast locals and visitors the opportunity to enjoy a twilight experience like no other. Not only has the monthly Avoca Market become an institution, but the annual Twilight Christmas edition is a must do of the Central Coast festive season.
The atmosphere is joyous filled with lights, live entertainment, and unique local products. Picture an evening under the stars smelling, tasting and soaking up the best of the Central Coast. All while being surrounded by fellow like-minded and community-oriented friends and neighbours.
You can expect an evening of perusing and shopping from local artisan stalls hosted by our extremely talented and clever makers and creators here on the Central Coast. This is the perfect opportunity to get some Chrissy shopping done without the chaos, that “frantic silly season energy” or lining the already rich pockets of those big retailers. The #supportlocal movement that Coasties Mag stands for will be alive and well at the Avoca Beachside Markets Twilight Markets this year. In addition to the 120-plus stalls showcasing handmade wares, art, seasonal produce and products there will also be international food and dessert trucks. Don’t forget to visit the pop-up bars by longtime event partner Six String Brewing Co. As well as from Sipps Margaritas and Pants Off Gin. Our fave friends (and another of the event partners) over at Star 104.5 will have their All Stars entertaining the crowds with a bunch of fun activities planned. Like all great family and community-friendly events, there will be a kids area, kids entertainment and a visit from the big man himself, Santa! After all, what is a Christmas event without the guest of honour?
