Life in lockdown has seen so many of our incredible Central Coast cafes come up with innovative ways to stay afloat until we’re out of this hot mess.
But our favourite is the recent rise in takeaway breakfast boxes, packed high with everything from a full fry up to freshly baked pastries and fresh fruit. And each coming with a side of coffee and juice.
Here’s our top picks for the best breakfast in bed during lockdown 2.0…
1. The Lavender Goat, Charmhaven
The Lavender Goat has been leading the charge when it comes to innovative takeaway boxes, offering everything from grazing platters to family meal boxes. But it’s their breakfast boxes that have been a hot hit. There’s a whole range but we’ll go for the two toasted ham and croissants, thickly cut fruit toast and two cold press juices or two coffees for $28. There’s even delivery to those in the same postcode.
