When it comes to stunning waterfront views, not many places can beat the unique indoor spaces or alfresco balconies of Gosford Sailing Club. Enjoy the Club’s range of Margarita’s served on the rocks this festive season with a paired pub-classic or uniquely flavoured dish created by Head Chef Chris, and you’ll have a great night on your hands.
Hotel Gosford
Do you like your Margs classic, with coconut or a dash of chilli and cucumber? Have it your way at Hotel Gosford – or go the full length and get the fresh and fruity Blue Sky Margarita Jug with its delicious hints of Blue Curacao, blueberries and lemon squash.
The Entrance Social Club

Mexicoast Cantina, Toukley
Do you like your frozen margaritas savory or sweet? Well, why not have both? Hidden away in Toukley lies cool and quirky Mexicoast Cantina. Serving up a range of margaritas from Cornita Margs, which have a mini corona bottle, Classic Margaritas, Thursday in Tijuana for a kick or a Jimmy Molido said to be a “Margarita for the bold”. Sweeten up with their Fresita berry, Pina Colada, Watermelon, or Mango Margarita, which taste “Like an adult Weiss Bar”. Don’t forget to level your sugar rush with their Mexican fiesta meals.
Rhonda’s Bar & Restaurant, Terrigal
Benvenuto! Rhonda’s delivers a modern Italian take on light, breezy cocktails and their signature margarita is one of the finest on the Coast. After all, they are “regarded as one of the best regional bars in Australia”,…Rhonda’s favourite is ‘The Sophia’; Rooster Rojo Blanco, watermelon agave and lime. Because who doesn’t love a watermelon margarita? Enjoy a touch of spice? Get amongst, the Agave Picante; with Jalapeño infused Calle 23, Del maguey Vida, Agave, lime, and rhubarb. What we love about Rhonda’s is the super family-friendly vibes. Read between the lines mammas, this is where you can drink margaritas while your kids chow down on pizza.
Johnny Tapas, Norah Head
Whether you’re in for the classic Margarita with Cointreau, Tommy’s alternative with Agave or the interesting Sweet and Spicy Margarita made up with watermelon, chilli and Sours, you’ve got plenty of options – and also a delicious range of tapas and pizzas to go with it! Check out the range here.

Margarita Daze, Umina
The modern beachside hangout Margarita Daze specialises in our favourite summer drinks. With their relaxed menu socialising is encouraged from sunrise to sunset across the endless waterfront horizon. There are many ways to get your margarita fixed inside the open white breezy walls of Margarita Daze in Umina. Have you ever heard of an apple and basil Marg dumped on the rocks? Or feel fun and fresh with their Jalapeno, coconut, passionfruit, and watermelon margaritas? There’s a lot of mixology mastery, but they’re good on the classics too, like the Mezcal, Daze and Tommy’s Margarita.
Bar Toto, Ettalong
Nested in the Galleria Ettalong Beach Bar Toto brings a clever fusion of old-world charm to the shores of Ettalong Beach. Embracing the coast, the ambience is cosy and trendy, drawing in the neighbourhood while serving up Italian fixtures and craft cocktails. Toto favourite is Jerry’s Coco Rumba Margarita, made from “1800 Coconut Tequila + house-made triple sec + lime + cream of coconut. It’s just deliciousness (we know it’s not a real word) in a glass.” Or try their Aztec negroni Marg. Bar Toto also has a mini margarita, a perfect way to try multiple or take it easy. In true South American fashion, Chica Chica offers nothing short of 10 different flavouring options when it comes to its delicious Margaritas. Feeling spicy? Try the Chilli Mango or Chilli Cucumber Margarita. Feeling fruity? Maybe the Kiwi version. What’s even better than this incredible range is the fact that you can enjoy all of them frozen, too, or in jugs. Pair it with their mouth-watering Argentinian grill and you’ve got a true party for the tastebuds.
