The Dart & Feather is a hidden gem.

When it comes to kid friendly restaurants on the Central Coast, the first thing that springs to mind will be the local RSL. After all, both Davistown and Gosford offer a playground space so you can chow down in peace.

But if you’re looking for something a little fancier, then we’ve compiled a list of kid-friendly restaurants you’d want to visit even if you didn’t have the kids in tow.

L’isle De France, Terrigal

As the finest French restaurant on the Central Coast, L’isle De France might not initially spring to mind as being particularly kid-friendly. But this Terrigal restaurant is welcoming to all ages, keeping kids busy with colouring in as you enjoy a seriously exquisite meal. Best bit? The kids menu finally steers away from chicken nuggets, with wagyu beef Bolognese, mini steak and chips, and fresh calamari rings.
