Both Toowoon Bay and Shelley Beach Holiday Park are just moments from each other but the different is this a really family-focused resort. The huge water park and kids school camp keeps school-age kids busy during the summer school holidays. The cabins are also much more modern. And that reflects the cost, with stays starting at a still reasonable $150 a night.

Norah Head Holiday Park

Family-fun for all

Norah Head Holiday Park might only be ten minutes away from Canton Beach below but the offering is completely different. Here you’ve got a swimming pool, playground and easy access to a bushwalk to the Norah Head Lighthouse. This holiday park is also closest to the Norah Head Rockpool which is a brilliant swimming spot for kids of all ages.

Canton Beach Holiday Park

A quieter option

Canton Beach Holiday Park is located right on Canton Beach, with its easy access to nearby boat ramps making it a popular holiday park with those who like fishing. After all, one of the best fishing spots – Tuggerah Lake – is just around the corner. There’s not much in the area, except a fish and chips shop. But it’s an easy walk up to Main Road in Toukley, which has plenty of eateries and shops.

One of the only Central Coast holiday parks to welcome dog owners to the camping grounds, not in cabins, the Budgewoi Holiday Park is understandably a popular spot. But it isn’t just because your dog is welcome. Here you’ll find a truly special holiday park, right on the incredible waters of Budgewoi lake. And this is a great holiday park with littlies as there’s a wonderful wading pool as well as a playground.

Found right on the waters edge of Shelly Beach, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort has the best views from every cabin and camp spot. What’s also great here is that the cabins can accommodate up to six people, costing $240 a night. There’s also camping for $40 a night. And no matter you choice of stay, you’ll get access to one of our favourite holiday park pools. It’s expansive with shades areas for little kids.

Two Shores Holiday Village

Found in The Entrance, the Two Shores Holiday Village has easy access to everything that makes this area the #1 visitor destination. There’s cabins, caravans and camping here, all with views of the ocean. There’s also a swimming pool, BBQ facilities and in-room cooking facilities. But really, it’s the sunrises from your balcony that’ll have you re-booking for next year.
