Central Coast Plant Lovers Fair
Calling all plant enthusiasts and plant parents! The annual Plant Lovers Fair returns to the Central Coast in September this year and you can expect two full days of plant-filled fun. With spring teasing us of her imminent return there’s no better way to spend these warmer weekend days than at the Plant Lovers Fair. Picture soaking up the sunshine, as you browse aisles of rare and unique plants (some of which are only available at the Plant Lovers Fair) and picking up a few unique leafy (or flower-filled) beauties to fill your home or garden with their greenery, colour and those epic good vibes that plants bring. There will be a plethora of choice on offer.
Now, whether you’re a seasoned green thumb or you’re just dipping your toes into the world of greenery, this event has something for everyone and has the all-important education piece on offer too (because it’s not just about buying a plant, you’ve got to keep them alive too!). All exhibitors and stall holders are especially keen to help you succeed as a plant grower, share tips on local landscape growing and let out their “trade secrets”.
Plus, did we mention the one and only Costa Georgiadis from Gardening Australia will be returning to the Fair. As we all know, his passion for plants and gardening is quite simply contagious, so whether you or the kids just want to say hi to Costa or you want to grab him for a quick chat about world of plants, gardening and more, this is your chance. One thing we know for sure is that you’ll leave the Plant Lovers Fair feeling inspired to turn your backyard or loungeroom into a green oasis.
The Central Coast Plant Lovers Fair isn’t just for the grown-ups, it promises to be a great day out for the kids too. Because, we’ve never met any little ones who don’t get excited about plants and gardening. There will also be a free plant minding service, so you can buy up big and keep wandering the stalls hands-free, knowing your leafy finds are well taken care of until you’re ready to round up the troops (and plants) and head home.

Plant Lovers Fair 2024
This year’s Plant Lovers Fair takes place at Kariong High School Showgrounds, on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22nd September 2024. Tickets are $15 per person per day (kids aka those under 18 go free) or why not grab a weekend pass at just $22 per person? It is recommended you buy online vs at the gate on the day.
