Central Coast Restaurants Accepting Dine and Discover for Takeaway

The NSW Government has announced that you can use your Dine and Discover vouchers on the Central Coast until July 2022.

The scheme launched back in early 2021, aimed at injecting some dollar into our state’s hospitality venues and was expected to come to an end at the end of August.

But with our region still firmly in lockdown, the extension has now been pushed into next year.

But if you’re wanting to use them now, here’s a full list all the Central Coast restaurants and cafes accepting the NSW Dine & Discover vouchers for takeaway.

Applying for Dine and Discover

Did you know that you’re still able to apply for NSW Dine and Discover Vouchers right up until August 31 so if you haven’t done it yet, go for it. Just sign up via the Service NSW app.

After all, each NSW resident is entitled to:
2 x $25 Dine NSW Vouchers
2 x $25 Discover NSW Vouchers

Using your Discover Vouchers in Lockdown

While there’s not much chance of using your Discover Vouchers right now, the Australian Reptile Park has just launched a pay-it-forward campaign. You donate your vouchers to the team who then hand over a double pass to the park to a children’s charity.

Who is Doubling Down on Dine and Discover on the Central Coast?

At present only Pocket Bar in Terrigal are offering to double your vouchers worth. So when you spend the $25 they’ll match it with a further $25. That’s a sweet total of $50 off your takeaway. And what a takeaway it is, with the Terrigal bar just introducing steak takeaway packs as part of their newly launched Charred menu.
