Distillery Botanica is an award-winning distillery located in Erina on the NSW Central Coast. Founded by Philip Moore, a pioneer in the Australian distilling industry. The distillery is situated on 3 acres of botanical gardens & produces a range of gins, spirits & liqueurs, all available for purchase at the distillery door.

There is also a range of bookable tours & workshops held at the distillery for those looking to extend their spirit & liqueur knowledge.
