And this is so much more than just a fancy lunch in a pretty spot. It’s a celebration of Australia’s pearling and oyster heritage, hosted by the two families who live and breathe it: the Liddons of WA’s Abrolhos Islands, and the Browns of Pearls of Australia. You’ll meet the farmers behind Australia’s native pearls, witness a live pearl harvest, and hear stories that have been passed down through generations – all while eating the freshest local produce, right where it was grown.

Heading up the menu is renowned West Australian chef Guy Jeffreys, making a rare appearance on the east coast. Known for his commitment to sustainability and deep respect for seasonal, local produce, Jeffreys is curating a six-course culinary adventure that showcases the very best of the Hawkesbury and Central Coast. There will be Sydney Rock and rare Akoya oysters, alongside other local delicacies you won’t find on your average lunch run. Every course will be paired with elegant wines and cocktails, for a full sensory experience.
