Terrigal Pavilion has officially opened, and I can confirm it is everything the hype promised and more. I attended their preview event yesterday from 4–6 pm, where the owners welcomed local business owners and friends to explore the space. The moment you step onto the wraparound deck, the view takes your breath away. Sitting high above the shoreline, you feel like you are part of something really special, with 180-degree ocean vistas and the perfect Central Coast summer vibe.

I spent most of my time on the deck, sampling some of the most delicious oysters I have had in a long time, succulent grilled king prawns, arancini balls, fish and chips and plenty more. Each bite was a reminder that this place has been designed to make every meal a memorable experience. The drinks also deserve a mention, from crisp summer beers to perfectly balanced cocktails and a selection of wines that complement the food beautifully. I did you all a good service and was sure to sample just about all the cocktails on offer!
Inside, the upstairs Pavilion is spacious and inviting. The DJ had the room buzzing, adding just the right energy to an afternoon filled with laughter and chatter. The terrazzo bar is a showstopper, and the long counters make it easy to grab a bite or a drink without missing the social buzz. The indoor space is bright and welcoming with a casual coastal indoor-outdoor feel, but the real magic is on the deck, where you can settle in, soak up the view and enjoy the relaxed vibes.

Terrigal Pavilion is more than just one space. The venue has been designed across multiple levels, with three distinct areas to suit every occasion. From sunrise smoothies and acai bowls at The General Store to long lunches, dinners, and late-night parties in the Pavilion, it caters to locals and visitors alike. Downstairs, The Tropic restaurant will bring a Mediterranean-inspired menu to life from December 3, with yellow handmade tiles, terracotta accents, and cane furnishings creating a vibrant, elevated vibe.
Whether you are after casual bites, a sunset cocktail, or a full dining experience, Terrigal Pavilion has something for everyone. With live music scheduled for weekends and room for large groups, it promises to be a social hub of Terrigal for years to come.

If you have not yet been, it is time to check out The Pav. Treat yourself to great food, drinks made to perfection, and one of the best views on the Central Coast. I guarantee it will become one of your favourite spots, even if just for the view alone.

Terrigal Pavilion, the pop-up days!

Well Coasties let’s just say, summer has well and truly arrived. And, last Friday we kicked it off in style at the brand new and highly-anticipated venue launch of Terrigal Pavilion’s ‘Pav Pop-Up’ event by the seaside.
On Friday, December 8 from 3 pm locals enjoyed the festivities which were headlined by ‘Jimmy2sox,’ one-half of Flight Facilities, with Classica and other top-quality house acts taking turns spinning the decks. The vibe was second to none and the view even better. Postioned oceanside at the Haven in Terrigal the Pav Pop-Up is without a doubt going to be the place to be spending those long summer days.

All of the who’s who on the Coast were in attendance, familiar faces including previous winners of Channel Nine’s The Block, Kyal and Kara Demrich, Terrigal MP Adam Crouch, former professional NRL footballer Chris Heighington, model Leanne McVeigh, pilates queen April Stamos and more popped their heads in to join in the fun.
The breathtaking panoramic views were soaked up by all as guests danced the night away and sipped on cocktails a plenty. Pav founders Ben May and Rob Domjen officially opened the doors to the picturesque venue commenting: “We wanted to create a relaxed seaside venue where locals and tourists can walk straight off the beach and in for a beer, a burger and some fresh seafood.”
Here at Coasties we can confirm that these guys have aboslutely nailed their brief!

Opening night sure did bring the crowds, but even with The Pav brimming with revellers the service could not be faulted. The food was delievered in no time at all. Guests indulged over freshly shucked oysters, tantalising tiger prawns on ice, savoury pan-fried barramundi, gourmet pizzas, juicy grass-fed rump steak, and a selection of imported French and Italian wines, as well as New Zealand white wines. And of course, the cocktail classics – the staff shaking up favourites like Tommy Margaritas and some signatures like the Lychee Yuzu Spritz, really evoking the Summer vibes!
