A brand new eat, play and stay destination has landed on the Central Coast. Let’s introduce you to The Quarters at Forrester’s Beach.

At the heart of this incredible multi-million dollar development is a slick hotel that surrounds a lagoon-style pool.

There’s a fine-dining restaurant and on-site bar.

And a café called The Pantry by the same team that brought to us both Motel Mezza in Wyong and Pinocchio’s in Gosford.

Both will offer al fresco dining with pool views.

There’s also the brand-new You by Dr Shaunna Watts, a sophisticated wellness clinic that’ll offer cutting-edge cosmetic treatments.

And a new events space that will be one of the most luxurious offerings on the Central Coast.

Where is The Quarters at Forrester’s Beach?

The development is actually an overhaul of the former Forrester’s Beach Resort that sits at 960 Central Coast Hwy.

The facelift started at the beginning of 2021, with an eye on bringing a stylish destination to stay for out-of-towners but also a place to play for locals.

Found within the main building is white-washed stone walls set against gold fittings and luxury furnishings.

The tropical gardens that surround the pool have also enjoyed a bit of TLC with the arrival of new fauna.

And last but not least, the Quarters at Forrester’s Beach isn’t all about looking good but the redevelopment has also focused on its eco print with solar panels being added where possible.

What Exactly is on Offer at The Quarters?

There is a hotel, events space, restaurant, bar and café. There’s also a wellness centre by Dr Shauna Watts, who is the leading specialist in cosmetic medicine in our region.

The events space, with its adjoining restaurant and bar, will double up as an area for weddings and special occasions.

And there’s even talks that there will be a handpicked spattering of boutiques opening later in the year.
