Multi award-winning and former Springfield based artist Ngaiire, alongside her longtime manager, award-winning sound designer and Central Coast expat Ben Pierpont have come on board as artistic directors to assist in curating a dynamic lineup of key marquee events for the event.

TUBULAR Music and Arts Festival will ensure they’re activating new and exciting spaces suitable for all ages and interests. You can expect live music performances by renowned artists and local bands, pop-up art exhibitions plus interactive and educational workshops that inspire creativity and innovation. In addition to entertainment and arts, the festival will prioritise sustainability and environmental responsibility throughout all the offerings.

“The Central Coast was the first place I’ve really felt at home for a long time and home has always been a complicated thing for someone like me who has moved around a lot. I owe that to the incredible community we found living up there. There’s a willingness to connect and build things together whether it’s friendships or projects and you don’t find that too much in the city. This festival has the potential to not only showcase this through its many artistic offerings but also why the Central Coast should be reckoned with” says Ngaiire.

“Having worked all over the world from Istanbul to New York to Sydney in order to pursue a life in the arts, I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of bringing an event like this back to my home turf. This 2023 program is an appetiser of our long term plans and future of highlighting the Central Coast as a leading destination for the arts.” Adds Ben Pierpont.
