It’s the rebrand of the old Pearl Beach Café and General Store to Pearly’s that has the Central Coast talking. And they have made it just in time for Mother’s Day. Pearly’s, a little nod to their spectacular location in Pearl Beach, and paying homage to what many Coasties already refer to the tourism hotspot as.
At the helm is Head Chef Cam Wargent who has been working closely with renowned Chef and food guru – Pauly Mac to oversee their menu revamp.
We are can’t wait to try out their unique dishes such as Tokyo milk toast served with miso caramel ice cream & furikake, cauliflower schnitzel and the free-range bacon & egg spring roll which will be served alongside classics such as the Angus beef burger and locally sourced fish & chips.
If house made dumplings with candied jalapeño & black vinegar are your thing at 7am in the morning for breakfast, well you guessed it, you can enjoy them as part of the venue’s exciting and diverse new menu.
