The Central Coast Harvest Festival is back this June long weekend (Saturday 6 – Sunday 7 June 2026), bringing all the wholesome fun, fresh produce and country charm we love, right across our beautiful hinterland. And this year is set to be the biggest yet! Same great farms, same community energy – but 2026 has something new for us: Harvest Nights, a series of after-dark events for those who want to keep going once the sun drops.

If you’ve done Harvest Festival before, you know – it’s easily one of the best things to do on the Central Coast June long weekend. You get rare behind-the-scenes access to the farms, orchards, distilleries and community hubs on the other side of the M1 (or F3 to those still holding on) — getting a glimpse of what they do every day.

Things to do on the Central Coast June long weekend

Plan your Harvest Festival weekend

Central Coast Harvest Festival is a self-guided trail, so the idea is you pick your own route and go at your own pace. That said – some of the popular ticketed events sell out, so check the program and book ahead. Bring cash (reception can be patchy in some spots), drive safely and check the forecast: find wet weather updates via Facebook or stay tuned to Star FM 104.5.
