Swells is setting the mood with canapés and sparkling wine on arrival, followed by a curated Valentine’s menu overlooking Terrigal Beach. Entrées range from a seafood plate for one (hello king prawns, blackened salmon and snapper ceviche), to Korean pork belly or a gorgonzola and onion tart.
