Harvest Festival, Central Coast
The Central Coast Harvest Festival is returning to our gorgeous hinterland region again this coming June long weekend, the 8 and 9 June 2024. The festival is a celebration of our farming and rural communities and villages. A unique opportunity to get a glimpse behind the farm gates and have a truly authentic and rich family weekend out exploring the region. With over 30 participating hubs in the following areas: Somersby, Peats Ridge, Mangrove Mountain, Spencer, Jilliby, Dooralong, Wyong, Yarramalong, and Kulnura.
Across the 30-something vibrant hubs festival goers can expect lively atmospheres filled with live music, free entertainment, dancing, immersive learning experiences with insights into how our farms, nurseries and more work, and of course an abundance of fresh local produce.
There will be farm tours, fruit picking, a food and wine fair, dancing and of course, simply taking in the breathtaking scenery of a part of our Coast that in its own right is as exquisite as our Coastline (that often tends to take the glory).  Check out the full Harvest Festival 2024 event program here.Â

Central Coast Harvest Festival 2024
For those with a green thumb, there are a plethora of things to enjoy at Harvest Festival. Visitors and Central Coast locals alike can discover the world of dried flower making and organic gardening workshops at Coachwood Nursery in Somersby or go eco at the Sustainable Natives Nursery in Somersby. There’ll be bush dancing at Yarramalong School of Art, museum tours by local historians in Wyong and of course stalls a-plenty. Including displays of arts and crafts, local performances and spots across the Hinterland primary schools to buy fresh produce. After a whirlwind of exploring and enjoying the activities why not relax with a scone and Devonshire at the Somersby CWA.
